Business Description

I founded Compass Mortgage in 1999. I have been in the mortgage industry for almost 23 years after spending three years playing professional football in the NFL. As the Chairman & C.E.O., my job entails overseeing the entire well-being of Compass Mortgage as well as setting the strategy and vision of the company. It is my goal and purpose to build the culture within Compass Mortgage and make it a great place to work by hiring and maintaining the best personnel. Working here has been a great joy and I feel blessed to work with such a great group of people. I am so proud to be one of the original creators of Compass because I think that we have established a mortgage company you can truly believe in.
