Business Description
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Trisha earned her BS in fashion design from UC's nationally recognized College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. After many years in the garment industry she returned to the University of Cincinnati and earned her Masters In Nutrition. She is a National Champion Bodybuilder and became a Master Certified Personal Trainer in 2000. Convinced that the digestive system is the key to health, she became a colon hydro-therapist in 1997 and has been helping clients achieve better health through colon cleaning and proper nutrition for over 15 years. She also owns Fit Body Fitness where she and her team specializes in fitness and weight loss.
