Business Description

I was born and raised in Warwick, Rhode Island. I received my culinary education through Johnson and Wales University. Upon graduation, I moved to New Jersey, and I have been in the culinary industry for over 35 years. I have held every position in the Culinary Field including Regional Executive Chef, Chef Director, Director of Food & Beverage, and General Manager. My past culinary experience includes Executive Chef with Hilton, Marriot, and Crown Plaza Hotels. I have prepared meals for Presidents, Governors, and Professional sports teams to include the New York Giants, New York Jets, and Pittsburg Steelers, After being away from RI for 26 years. I moved back home twelve years ago. Always wishing and dreaming of the day I would one day open my own Diner. After rebuilding myself and with the encouragement of friends and family my dream is now my reality!
