Business Description
Senior Master Jeff Barley became involved with Bushi Ban when he enrolled as a student with his children Andreanna and Nathaniel in 1999. After assisting in his children's Martial Arts classes, he's was asked to help instruct in other classes and eventually became one of the lead instructors. He and his children tested for and received their black belts together in 2003.
With a career history in polymer research and development at ExxonMobil, Master Barley elected to utilize his professional experience and open a Bushi Ban Martial Arts and Fitness school in Pearland, Texas. With encouragement and guidance of his business partner, Bushi Ban Founder Grand Master Zulfi Ahmed, Bushi Ban Pearland opened in March of 2006.
Senior Master Barley's philosophy of making BBI Pearland a home for all students of all ages and abilities propelled the school to quickly become one of the most referred martial arts schools in the Houston area.
