Brother John's Beer Bourbon & BBQ is a destination restaurant located in Tucson, Arizona. It is the first Bavarian-inspired beer garden, bourbon bar, and barbecue concept in the state. With a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, Brother John's offers customers a unique and comfortable dining experience with a selection of true slow-smoked meats, southern-style sides with a southwestern kick, salads, and desserts, all containing locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant is housed in a building that was once the Wildcat House, a well-established iconic dance club that closed its doors in 2012. While the restaurant has its own identity, elements of the Wildcat House remain for nostalgic purposes. A complete redesign, remodeling, and build-out included repurposing existing Wildcat House materials and incorporating them into the barbecue theme.

Brother John's Beer Bourbon & BBQ is the brainchild of managing partner John Aldecoa, a third-generation Tucsonan who is well integrated in the local Tucson culture. With over 25 years of management experience, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arizona, John started his career in the restaurant industry at 15. He is an active member of the Tucson community, involved in several community organizations such as Anytown Arizona, Tucson International Mariachi Conference, Girls Scouts of Southern Arizona, and Theta Tau Professional Engineering Fraternity. He currently serves as President of Theta Tau Housing Corporation, an Arizona non-profit corporation that provides student housing for engineering students at the University of Arizona.
