Business Description
I came into wellness from higher education, and I will always be an educator at heart. I love helping people understand themselves better, and help them master the specific tools they need--and everyone is different!--to find peace, happiness, and personal fulfillment. Self-knowledge is tremendously empowering, and giving this gift to others is my true calling and my deepest joy.
I have trained in holistic approaches to wellness with a variety of organizations; I studied yoga at Well Heart School in Maine, and at the Amrit Yoga Institute, with legendary Amrit Desai. I have received initiation and training in traditional Japanese Reiki in the Usui Reiki Lineage, and have studied and practiced meditation with Dharma Ocean Foundation. I am currently training to be a Yoga Therapist with Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Yoga.
I will be expanding my skills for as long as I live; professional expertise and personal growth are among my core values, along with compassion and inner peace.
