Business Description
I started from absolute scratch!! Had no clue what CrossFit was when I started. Over time it led to an obsession. I have 9 years of experience, trial and error training techniques and a passion that you must experience to understand.
BMH is an acronym for Big Momma's House. My step children gave me the name when I told them they didn't need to call me mom.
People called me momma. Or momma bear when it came to the gym. Just someone who watches over and tried to make everyone feel welcome and beyond loved! Add in my kids nickname Big momma and the name stuck.
I opened a gym because training is what I love to do! I genuinely care about helping someone move to the best of their abilities safely and for the rest of their lives.
My certifications are specifically for CrossFit but my dynamic range of workout techniques and strategies fit literally anybody willing to jump in. I work with all genders, all ages and individualize workouts to fit each persons needs.
