Business Description
I have been boating since I was 4, I grew-up boating on the Mississippi river in Eastern Iowa. I have been in the recreation business all my life from the golf industry to the boating industry. I have a degree from Iowa State University in Horticulture and Golf Course management. After graduation I built and managed golf courses for 10 years.
In 2002 I took over the daily operations of Blue Springs marine from my wife's family. Then in 2003 I became the President of Blue Springs Marine. Since then I have been working to grow our business and improve our customer's experience with Blue Springs Marine and the boating recreation.
I currently am the President of Blue Springs Marine, President of the Greater Kansas City Marine Dealer Association, and am a board member for the National Marine Retailers Association of America as well as an officer for the MRAA Educational Foundation
