Business Description
I've always enjoyed photography, even when I was really young and terrible at it. Long before the arrival of the iPhone, I spent my days with pockets full of film and flash cubes and probably single-handedly kept our local 1-Hour Photo in business.
I'm very fortunate to have a photography degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, a prestigious university in upstate New York known for having one of the top photo programs in the country. This education gave me a wonderful technical foundation, helped to shape my creative eye, and was the first step in becoming the photographer that I am today.
Prior to starting this new business, I was the in-house photographer at TIVOL Jewelers in Kansas City with photos published in various magazines and printed on billboards across KC. These days I live in St. Joseph with my husband and our two little boys and what I do most is just photography of our own family, but I'm available for jobs here and there as well.
