Business Description
My name is Marty Sullivan and my wife and I own Black Dog K9 Training and Pet Services. We have been training and rescuing dogs for over 20 years. We love our work and look forward to every day . We have several dogs of our own.
I began training at a local shelter as a volunteer after adopting our dog Simon, our spokesdog, and never left.
After graduation from Animal Behavior College we began our journey as professional dog trainers.
I served an apprenticeship at Paws Chicago. We are professional members of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (ABCCT) American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and AKC S.T.A.R. puppy trainer. We also have managed a large kennel and dog daycare center.
I am a retired firefighter with a backround in psycology and business. i look forward to working with you and your best friend.
