Ben Franklin Crafts is a one-of-a-kind shopping experience located in Kingsport, TN. Founded in 1982 by Lynn and Edna Omland, this family-owned business has been serving the great Tri-Cities area for almost 40 years. Lynn has over 50 years of retail experience and got his start as a store manager at Osco Drug in the mid-western United States. In 1982, he decided to open his own business and started Ben Franklin Crafts with his wife Edna. Today, two of their children, Paula and Michael, work alongside them and the store has moved into a larger 20,000 sq.ft. building.
