Be Cherished has three master stylists, Susan Zastoupil, Britta Lobsitz, and Gabby Morea, as well as Esthetician and Natural Nail Care provider Tiana Bramson and AVEDA Make-Up Artist Jessica Carrico. Massage therapy services are provided by Kayla Starr.

She was voted Favorite Stylist in Ashland in 2009. Recognizing an alignment with AVEDA's mission and ethics, coupled with understanding the concerns and desires of the Ashland community, Susan decided to take her skills and experience in partnership with AVEDA and open a new salon "Be Cherished"... "Besides...I just love doing hair!"
