In 2011, he received the NEPGA President's Plaque award for excellence in promoting the game of golf through teaching. And in 2004, the NEPGA named him Teacher of the Year.

The BBGS offers a friendly, hands-on approach to learning the game of golf for adults and juniors, with three different levels of adult instruction, and extensive junior programs.
