Business Description
A Montgomery County native, Alana graduated from MCHS in 1997 and MTSU in 2001 with a BA in Polictical Science. Once returning home she joined the Baggett Heating & Cooling team. In 2002 she became the General Manager & in 2005 she became 51% stock holder. The following year her dad retired & she became 100% stock holder. During her tenure at Baggett she has worn many hats & immersed herself in every facet of the business. Among her many functions in the business today her primary fuction is as the company's replacement salesperson, "I never realized how much I would enjoy spending time with our customers in their homes and sharing with them how they can improve their comfort level and save money too! I only regret not filling that role sooner than I did." In 2012 Alana was recognized as Contracting Business's HVAC Woman of the Year, an award given to an owner or upper management member of an HVAC contracting firm with a solid leadership record within their business and industry.
