Brian Bowman, a Philadelphia native, discovered his love for culinary arts at a young age. He honed his skills at the Wyncote Academy and Eastern Montgomery County Technical School for Culinary Arts before studying at Johnson and Wales in Providence, Rhode Island. Brian interned under Chef Mark Grandmaisson at the Omni Biltmore Hotel while studying in Providence. After graduation, he worked as an Executive Chef with Eurest Dining Services and Compass Group before partnering with Terence to create B&T Catering.

Terence Barge, originally from Pensacola, Florida, found his inspiration to become a chef while working at Sonny's BBQ Pit during high school. He received a basketball scholarship and continued to play while pursuing his culinary career. Terence brings a unique perspective to the team, and his passion for food is evident in every dish he creates.
