Bánh by Lauren is an artisan Vietnamese-American and French bakery located at 42 Market Street in Manhattan’s Chinatown / Two Bridges neighborhood. Founded from Lauren’s pop-up “bánh boxes,” the shop opened a permanent storefront in June 2024 and focuses on Southeast Asian flavors reworked with French pastry techniques.
