Art & Flowers is the newest attraction in Oakes, North Dakota. This one of a kind store is owned and operated by Mindy Presler. Mindy is a local artist and florist in North Dakota. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Oregon State University and has over 30 years of experience as a floral designer. Come in and see her unique artwork and floral designs.
