My brother (Eric Norton) and I (James Norton) are the Owners/Operators. We started out by mentoring under our uncles Rick and John Swem (who each have 35+ years experience). We worked for them for 10+ years. During that time, we were on every job site they were on, learning the business and learning the trade. As of now, I have 18 years experience in the field. My brother is only a year younger than me, and has the same amount of experience. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance and Eric has years of experience in Leadership/Management.
