Business Description
Kevin has a background in a variety of multifamily housing applications. In 2003 Kevin graduated from Emory University and began his career in multifamily housing. He began working and learning from Julian LeCraw and Company, an Atlanta based Multifamily Manager and Developer. He worked onsite at two C Class 600+ unit apartment communities, and was involved with all operations at each. He advanced through the onsite positions to multi-site manager for the Luxury Condo Group at a time when condo conversions were paramount. He oversaw projects from construction to move in as a multi-site portfolio manager for JLC. In 2006, he moved to Hilton Head to oversee a condo conversion as for a 194 unit apartment to condo development on the Island.
Once in Hilton Head, Kevin saw a need for a highly responsive quality management firm to work with individual investors on their investments here. He founded Absolute Island Management, Inc. (AiM) to serve the clients and investors he met here
