Business Description
I graduated from the Southwest Institute of Locksmithing in 1984 in Costa Mesa, Ca. I first started my business and partnered wth my brother Bill. Deciding to get out of the rat race, I decided to move back to Great Falls where I was born. It wasn't until 1996 I decided to go back into locksmithing. While my wife was going back to college to get her masters degree in education, I was out unlocking homes and vehicles day and night. What was particularly enjoyable was taking my young 2 year old daughter with me every lockout while my wife was studying or in class. That lasted until she was at least 5 or 6 years old. She's near 24 now, but still recalls some of those trips. I've got to say the thing I've enjoyed the most is meeting and helping my customers. That is the most rewarding aspect of my job. I believe my customers are top priority and I will ALWAYS keep customer service as number one above anything else! Guarenteed!
