Dr. Eric Perkins is the owner of Acadian Family Dental. He moved to Houston in 1992 after practicing dentistry for 5 years in Lake Charles and built a new state of the art office in 2000 with a focus on cosmetic dentistry and restorative dentistry. He also offers general dentistry
for children and adults alike. He accepts night and weekend appointments and accepts most
PPO insurance.
Dr. Perkins completed his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the Louisiana StateUniversity in 1984 and finished his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the LSU School ofDentistry in New Orleans in 1988. While at the LSU School of Dentistry, Dr. Perkins researched the area of cosmetic dentistry which earned him the prestigious Student Research Award during his junior year. His research also placed him among a handful of dental professionals that were sought after for national and international speaking engagements.
